We want you to love your Lois Jeans, but if the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all denim tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Denim
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
